BitDefender: fail to install a Kaspersky Lab product

In some cases after uninstallation of a BitDefender product, system registry may contain remains of the product. Therefore, installation of a Kaspersky Lab product may stop with an error. To fully uninstall the product, do the following:


1. Uninstalling with standard Microsoft Windows tools


2. Uninstalling BitDefender with a special tool BitDefender_Uninstall_Tool.exe


3. What to do if the above resolutions did not help
