When you remove applications with Microsoft Windows tools, some folders and files may remain in the system. We recommend that you check theProgram Files folder after the removal. If this folder contains any files or folders of the applications you tried to delete, remove them manually.

In your request, please describe the problem in detail and steps for reproducing the problem. Attach the report of the Getsysteminfo tool.
