After the installation of a Kaspersky Lab product,
Windows 7 may stop unexpectedly and error message may appear on a blue screen. There might be a conflict either with your computer software or with some drivers and Kaspersky Lab product. If such a problem arises, Kaspersky Lab Technical Support will need to examine a complete memory dump file from your computer. To get the complete memory dump, follow the steps below.
To enable the Complete memory dump option in Windows 7, you need to enable memory restrictions. Do the following:

In the Write debugging information section, you can select the folder where the created dump will be saved. You can specify any folder and filename in the corresponding field. Please note that at least 25 GB of free disk space is required to successfully save the full memory dump upon the stop error. By default, this file will be stored in the operating system folder (usually it is C:\Windows\) under the name MEMORY.DMP.
You can archive the dump file to decrease its size.
Create a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky Account service. In the request, give a detailed description of your problem and how it is reproduced, attach an archive with the created dump file.
