If the application settings are password-protected, you need to enter the password when you want to exit the application or remove it. If you forgot the password, use these instructions to restore it.
If you experience any problems during database update, follow the instauctions given in the article How diagnose update issues in Kaspersky Lab products.
If you experience any problems with upgrading your Kaspersky Lab product to the newer version, download a new version and install it on top of the current one.
To remove the Kaspersky Lab product, use the guide below corresponding to your operating system:
If the application icon is hidden from the notification area, click the Show hidden icons arrow. If there is no icon there, go to step 4.
