New users (mailboxes) can be added to Kaspersky Hosted Email Security service the following ways:
Automatically. All messages are accepted and scanned, mailboxes are added to the users’ list according to the settings.
Automatically after successful SMTP authorization. Client’s server receives a SMTP request, and if the response to RCPT TO command is “250 ok” the user will be added.
Automatically on a LDAP request. New users are added on a LDAP request to the client’s server.
Manually. System administrator adds new users manually.
