Concerning to Kaspersky Hosted Email Security

White lists exclude mail from the anti-spam service and contain trusted addresses – such as business partners or suppliers. The mail will still be scanned for viral content, but no anti-spam technologies will be applied.

Should a sender be misidentified as a sender of unsolicited email, their address can be entered into the list for future exclusion. Some users choose to proactively enter known IP addresses of business partners and contacts.
