All email identified as spam, where the administrator has chosen to “quarantine”, are stored by the service for 30 days. Within this period a user or system administrator of the recipient can release any letter from the Quarantine. The administrator can do this via the management portal - The user can generate a simple “digest list” of spam held in the quarantine by creating a request on the page https://clients.hostedsecurity.biz/digest.shtml.
