The blacklist does not appear to be functioning and I am still receiving mail from the listed IP’s or addresses

Concerning to Kaspersky Hosted Email Security

The black list will always function correctly and it is likely the entry is incorrect.

In the previous message check the header of the mail and review the “received with mailDefend” line. Its value should correspond to the sender’s address. Most probably the address specified in the mail does not coincide with the address from which the mail is sent. That is why the spam gets through your filters and into your mailbox.
