Concerning to Kaspersky Hosted Email Security

Your domain name’s DNS is normally administered by your ISP or network administrator. A request needs to be made to the correct party for the MX record to be replaced with those of the mailDefend service. If you are unsure as to who maintains your DNS records, you should use the Whois service (ie. http://www.whois.net/) to look it up.

Your MX records should be replaced with those detailed to you when the service is provisioned – these records should not be modified in any way (The use of CNAME records or directly pointing to IP addresses). By not using the supplied records, you may encounter issues with mail delivery.
