For Kaspersky Hosted Email Security service to function correctly your mail server should be configured the following way:
Disable check of rbl-lists, if the checks have been enabled
Disable reverse dns lookups
Add IP address of the Kaspersky Lab’s servers (81.176.69.0/24, 85.12.1.0/24, 85.12.57.0/24, 82.98.75.128/26, 213.254.204.128/26, 212.5.80.4) to white lists of all mail filters
Ban receive of mail from other IP addresses. It can be either set in the firewall settings or in the mail server settings.
Enable the option to accept the messages without sender’s address, if it was disabled.
Accept all connections from Kaspersky Lab’s servers irrespective of their number.
IP addresses should not be changed in the current MX records for IP addresses of Kaspersky Hosted Email Security service. CNAME (canonical name) should also not be defined for the records which indicate to hostedsecurity.biz. As by default the current MX records are used to deliver mail to your server. If the records are changed the mail is accepted and/or delivered incorrectly.
