If MX records of the mail domain are pointing to the Kaspersky Hosted Email Security service, it can not be deleted. This was made to avoid mail loss.
To delete a domain, you need to change MX records (so they point to Kaspersky Hosted Email Security no more) and wait for life-cycle of old ones to expire. Then you are free to delete such domain from the web interface.
