Kaspersky Hosted Email Security

If the user’s address is entered in the “Blind copy” instead of the “To” field will the message be checked by the service?

Concerning to Kaspersky Hosted Email Security

If a message gets into your mailbox from the Internet it will be checked by Kaspersky Hosted Email Security service irrespective of the address entered in the “To” field. Even if a different address is entered in the “To” field, the sender of the SMTP session will have to give the real address of the recipient, i.e. your address.

The message is not checked only if it is delivered directly to your Server by passing Kaspersky Lab’s server. Server settings might initiate this situation (for example, a not protected mail server might be installed in a local network which redirects the mail to your server).
