My mail messages are regularly delayed. What can I do to prevent it except adding my mail to “white” lists?

At present white lists only allow you to exclude Users/Domains/ IP addresses from the anti-spam service. The percentage of false alarms on common messages is very little, but if legitimate mail is delayed regularly you can send us information about such messages (service headers) to add changes to the system to KHSS-Support@kaspersky.com.
