ID Article: 4392    Other languages:  Polski  Русский      Views for 7 days 8    Last modified on 2010 Jul 19 16:46 Printable version

Applies to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010

In some cases in order to diagnose the problem you need detailed information about the system: such as launched processes, downloaded modules and drivers, extension modules of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Windows browser, open ports, and suspicious objects which might be viruses, but are unknown to Kaspersky Lab’s experts and correspondingly are not added to the anti-virus databases. In this case Kaspersky Lab experts need the log of the AVZ utility.

  1. Open the main application window
  2. Click the Support link in the down left part of the window
  3. Click Support tools in the down left part of the Support window
  4. Click the button Create system state report
  5. Wait until the report is formed
  6. Close all windows
