Concerning toKaspersky Internet Security 7.0/2009 (all builds)
Sometimes with Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0/2009 installed on your computer a message might be marked as [!!SPAM] in the Subject field by the Anti-Spam component which by mistake has quarantined the mail. To restore a message to the initial category, do the following:
The method given below can be only applied to mail clients Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook from Microsoft Office
Open the mail client
In the list of incoming messages found the necessary message
Highlight the message
In the task bar of a mail client click Not Spam
If another mail client is installed on your computer, do the following:
In Kaspersky Internet Security 2009:
open the main application window
click the Reports button in the right bottom part of the main window
expand the branch Date: Today
expand the branch Anti-Spam
select the mail which was accidently marked as Spam
right-click the string with the mail info o in the context menu select Mark as Not Spam
minimize all windows
In Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0
Open the main application window of Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0š
In the left part of the window click Reports and data filesš
in the right part of the window click Reportsš
in the open window go to the Reports tabš
double-click on the Anti-Spam lineš
highlight the message was marked as spam by mistak
