I got disconnected from the Internet after installing Windows Family Safety Bar

Concerning to:
  • Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0/2009
  • Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0/2009
  • You might get disconnected from the Internet after installing Windows Family Safety Bar with Kaspersky Anti-Virus version 7.0/2009 running. In order to resolve the issue, you should do the following: 

    In product version 2009: 

    • Open the main application window 
    • Click the Settings button 
    • In the left part of the window select Network 
    • In the right part of the window in the Monitored ports section click the Select button
    • In the list of ports find HTTP 80 and clear its box
    • Click OK to close each window 
    • minimize the main application window

     

     

    In product version 7.0:

    • open the main application window 
    • click Settings > Traffic monitoring 
    • in the right part of the window click the Port settings button
    • make sure the Monitor selected ports only option is enabled 
    • in the list of ports find General HTTP 80 and clear its box
    • click OK to close each window 
    • minimize the main application window

     

    This problem will be fixed in the next version of Kaspersky Lab’s products – 2009 MP1.
