You might get disconnected from the Internet after installing Windows Family Safety Bar with Kaspersky Anti-Virus version 7.0/2009 running. In order to resolve the issue, you should do the following:
In product version 2009:
Open the main application window
Click the Settings button
In the left part of the window select Network
In the right part of the window in the Monitored ports section click the Select button
In the list of ports find HTTP 80 and clear its box
Click OK to close each window
minimize the main application window
In product version 7.0:
open the main application window
click Settings > Traffic monitoring
in the right part of the window click the Port settings button
make sure the Monitor selected ports only option is enabled
in the list of ports find General HTTP 80 and clear its box
click OK to close each window
minimize the main application window
This problem will be fixed in the next version of Kaspersky Lab’s products – 2009 MP1.
