Kaspersky Internet Security 2009

Before the start of activation process Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 should be installed on your PC. If you are going to activate Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 during the installation look through our “Step-by-Step Installation Guide of Kaspersky Internet Security 2009”.

The computer on which you want to activate Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 using the activation code should be connected to the Internet.

Step 1: Run Kaspersky Internet Security 2009. You can do it by double clicking on K icon in the right bottom corner near the clock:

Or simply press Start -> All Programs -> Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 -> Kaspersky Internet Security 2009

Step 2: You will see Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 main window:

Click the License tab in the left bottom corner.

Step 3: License tab:

Click the Activate the application button.

Step 4: Activate the application:

Click Activate online.

The Activate trial version variant may not be available if a trial version of the product has already been or is now activated.

Step 5: Activate online. You will need to copy/paste your activation code from the email that you received after a purchase. At this step your computer should be connected to the internet.

If you are already registered in the Personal Cabinet and you have a Customer ID and a password, then check the box I already have a Customer ID, fill in the fields Customer ID, Password and click Next.

If you are not registered in the Personal Cabinet, then once you click the Next button you are suggested to fill in 3 mandatory fields Email, Location, City. Fill in these 3 fields, click Next to continue with the product activation.

Click Next to continue.

Step 6: Registration in Personal Cabinet. Please fill in the necessary information:

The activation window to enter your personal data is displayed only if the application is activated for the first time and this activation code has never been used before.

Click Continue to proceed registration.

Step 7: Application activation. After a successful online activation you will see your license information:

Click Finish to continue.

Step 8: Activation is compete. You will see the license information including when the license validity period expires.
