Code activation procedure failed 1:12057. Try to activate the application once again or contact Technical Support Service.

    Causes of the error might be the following: 

    1. Internet Explorer 7.0 is installed on the computer and connection to the Internet is established via a proxy-server. Login and password used to authorize are different from the login and password of the current user account. 

    2. an internal error occurred on the activation Server.

    In the first case in order to resolve the situation, do the following:

    1. download the file http://crl.thawte.com/ThawteServerPremiumCA.crl and save it on your PC

    2. right-click the downloaded file and in the drop-down menu choose Install CRL

    3. install the certificate without changing default settings during the installation

    4. run the product activation process once again.

    In the second case to resolve the problem, try to activate the application later, in about 15 minutes.

    Or activate the application manually. For it:

    1. Open Internet Browser and enter the address https://activation.kaspersky.com/en/

    2. In the Activation code field enter your activation code and click Next.

    3. On Step 2 enter your e-mail address, location and city. Click Next.

    4. Choose how you want to receive an activation file: via e-mail or download it as an archive.

    5. Add the received key file to Kaspersky Lab’s product.

     

    Information With the key file you will get user name (login) and password to have access to your Personal Cabinet https://support.kaspersky.com/en/PersonalCabinet.

    In Personal Cabinet you can solve your problems faster and easier by: 

    • creating new requests without entering registration information 
    • exchanging messages with technical support service without email 
    • reviewing history of your requests to technical support 
    • checking status of your requests in real-time

    Also personal cabinet gives you the possibility to: 

    • download backup copy of your key file 
    • review and change your personal information
