On August 25, 2009 Kaspersky Lab announces release of the patch "e" for Kaspersky Lab products version 2009 CF2.
The full version number is 8.0.0.506
Improvements:
Problem with entering personal data using virtual keyboard from Kaspersky Lab products version 2009 in the entry fields of web pages opened in Firefox 3.5 - 3.5.x has been fixed.
Installation:
In order to install the patch "e", perform the following actions:
run the Kaspersky Lab product version 2009 update
when the update process is successfully done, reboot your computer
after your computer starts, open the Support window by clicking the Support link in the left lower part of the main application window
if the patch is successfully installed, the letter "e" will appear in the version number of the application.
If the copy of the product version 2009 from a CD which was attached to the magazine Computerbild is installed on your computer, then after you have successfully installed the patch the letter "a" will appear instead of the letter "e".
