If you have purchased a Kaspersky Lab product version 2010 with Auto-Renewal Service your application will be renewed automatically. The Auto-Renewal Service is designed to save your time, effort and risk by extending your license automatically before it expires.

You will receive at least one email to remind you before we automatically renew your subscription.

Be aware that your credit or debit card which was provided during initial purchase (as well as PayPall account) will be charged automatically. Your Kaspersky Lab product version 2010 will be renewed automatically (you don’t need to get new activation code and activate your Kaspersky Lab product version 2010). You can opt-out of the Auto-Renewal service any time.

After your license for your Kaspersky lab product is automatically renewed, you’ll see in Kaspersky Lab program interface.

If your credit card has expired, there is not enough funds on it or any other technical problems appear, you will receive an email stating that there is a problem with automatic billing. In this case you’ll need to update credit or debit card information. After this your Kaspersky Lab product version 2010 will be renewed automatically.

If for some reasons you will not update your information and your license for your Kaspersky Lab product version 2010 has expired you will see in the application interface the following information: Subscription has expired on xx.xx.xxxx. You have 20 days left until protection is disabled. To renew subscription, please contact your subscription provider.

In this case you’ll need:

• to purchase new license in License Renewal Center
• to activate your Kaspersky Lab product version 2010, after you receive new Activation Code.
