navigation to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0 and Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 cannot be carried out with the current key file while the license keys from the versions mentioned above are not compatible with products Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0 and Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0.

Users of version 5.0 who would like to go to version 7.0 should get a new activation code by contacting Kaspersky Lab Sales Department via onlinesales@kaspersky.com. The following data should be given in the request: 

• full name of the purchased product
• an attached key file 
• registration number of the tear-off receipt of the license agreement 
• copy of the payment receipt with the order number if the product was purchased in E-Store 
• date and place of the product purchase
