Concerning toKaspersky Internet Security 7.0 (all builds)
Child is a default profile of the component Parental Control. Neither user accounts nor password can be set for this profile. The following settings can be configured for the profiles Teenager and Parent:
the profile can be enabled\disabled
set the password to switch the profile
set user accounts for whom the profile is available
set the limitation level or choose the predefined level
low
medium
high
choose an action if a component rule triggers:
log event
block access
set the time limit for work in the Internet
limit a daily operating time on the internet (the user is limited by the time he/she has spent in the internet during the day)
allow network access at specified time (user can work in the internet only at the specified time)
In order to change the profile settings, do the following:
open the main applicaiton window
click Settings
choose Parental Control under Protection
in the Profiles section click the Settings button
go to the tab of the profile whose settings you want to reconfigure
enable/disable the option Use profile
enter the password to switch the profile in the Password field
in the Users section click the Add button in order to add the user account to whom the profile will trigger
enter the account name in the Select User window
click the Check Names button if you want to check the entered account with the accounts already existing on your computer
click OK to close each window
choose one of the three limitation levels by scrolling up or down
set an action for a component rule to trigger
click the Settings button in the Time limit section
set the time period to limit work in the internet for the configured profile
