  • The Events tab in the Statistics window in Kaspersky Anti-Virus version 7.0 shows all events concerning the application:

    Critical events: 

    • Detection of viruses, worms, Trojans, hack tools
    • Detection of possibly infected objects 
    • Disinfection impossible
    • License key validity period has expired 
    • Hacker attack detection 
    • Database is obsolete 
    • Parental control

    Functional failure 

    • Key is missing, corrupted or blacklisted 
    • Update error 
    • Task can not execute 
    • Database is missing or corrupted

    Important notifications: 

    • Detection of adware, Spyware, etc 
    • License key expires soon 
    • Other important events 
    • Database is out of date 
    • Self-Defense messages 
    • Not processed malicious objects
    • Scan of My Computer has not been performed
    • Reboot is required
    • Parental control

    Minor notifications: 

    • Disinfection of infected objects 
    • Removal of infected objects 
    • Object qurantined 
    • Password-protected archive detected 
    • Update completion
    • Enabling/disabling protection components 
    • Firewall rule triggering 
    • Popup windows blocking 
    • Protocol messages

    Click the Actions button or right-click the necessary line from the list, to make the following actions for the Events tab available: 

    • Clear all – clears all events from the list 
    • Search – searches an event from the list by time or event 
    • Select all – selects all events from the list 
    • Copy - copies all information from the selected line of the list of objects to the clipboard 
    • All reports – switches to the Reports tab of the Statistics window 
    • Save as – saves reports to a file
