  • Solution:

    The error may occur if there is no connection with DNS servers or DNS is configured incorrectly.

    Check settings of the proxy server in the update task and if you necessary rights to access the server (by system administrator) and then start the update task once again.

    If the error occurs again, the developers need more detailed information for it create the tracing file (detailed report) of the Updater component and send it to Kaspersky Labs Tech Support.
