Kaspersky Mail Gateway 5.5

 

Kaspersky Mail Gateway 5.5 should meet the following system requirements:

  • Processor Intel Pentium (Pentium III or Pentium IV recommended).
  • 256 MB RAM; 
  • free RAM 100 MB to install the application


Pay attention the required free disc space does not include size of the application working queue, quarantine folder and archives of the incoming and outgoing mail. If these archives are used according to the security policy of your firm you should correspondingly index the volume of the required free disc space.

  • free space in the file system /tmp – 500 MB.
  • One of the following OS’s installed:
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Server 4
    • Red Hat Linux 9.0
    • Fedora Core 4
    • SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 9.0(SP3)
    • SuSE Linux Professional 10.0
    • Debian GNU/Linux 3.1r1
    • Mandriva 2006
    • FreeBSD 4.11, 5.4, 6.0
  • Language interpreter Perl version 5.0 or above (www.perl.org), the which utility to install the application. 
  • The program Webmin (www.webmin.com) version 1.070 or above if you are going to manage the application remotely.

Kaspersky Mail Gateway is fully compatible with 

  • VMWare Server 1.0.0 - 1.0.5
