Concerning to Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile version 6.xxx (for Symbian Smartphones Series 60)
In order to configure the Anti-Spam parameters in Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile, open the Anti-Spam Page and select the Settings item
In the Settings menu you can customize the following Anti-Spam parameters:
- Allow Contacts List. If the parameter is set to Yes, Anti-Spam will not block receipt of messages from phone numbers included into your phonebook. If the option is disabled (the parameter is set to No), then Anti-Spam will filter messages checking their presence in the white or black list.
- Allow Outgoing. If the parameter is set to Yes, Anti-Spam will automatically add to the white list all phone numbers that you use to send SMS or MMS messages. Select No to disable the option.
- Block Unknown. If the parameter is set to Yes, Anti-Spam will block all incoming messages from hidden phone numbers. Select No to disable the option.
- Separate Msg Types. If the parameter is set to No, then All will be used as the value for the message type in new records of the white or black list otherwise records will be created for specific message types (SMS or MMS).
Note: this parameter will only affect the records created by Anti-Spam in one of the following cases:
- Addition of outgoing numbers to the white list (the Allow Outgoing option is enabled).
- Addition of new phone numbers from which messages arrive to one of the lists.
Note: In order to edit the parameter values, use the joystick of your smartphone or the Change item from the Options menu.
