Update from the internet is available only if GPRS connection is established on your smartphone. GPRS connection settings are similar to the GPRS settings when updating the anti-virus databases. If any connection errors occur on any update stage, do the following:

    • Make sure network connection is available (for example, open the standard smartphone browser and try to open any page)
    • If GPRS connection is available, try to change the update type in the update settings, and configure its value to via WAP.
    • without changing the settings, try to update the anti-virus databases using the GPRS-WAP access point
    • try to change the update type of anti-virus databases to the parameter Update Server: defined by user. Try to download the anti-virus databases.
    • Update servers might be overloaded, retry the update later or use local update.
