In order to start an anti-virus database update from the folder in the smartphone's file system: 

• Download the updated anti-virus database from the Kaspersky Lab's update servers and move the downloaded files into a folder in the file system of your smartphone. 
• Start Kaspersky Anti-Virus and switch to the Update Menu tab.
• Select Local Update and using the window that will open switch to the folder that contains the updated files.
