What is a product verdict

While creating a request concerning Anti-Banner, Anti-Phishing and/or Parental Control/Web Policy Management work via the My Kaspersky Account service, you will be asked to fill in the Product verdict field.

Product verdict is a Report line which contains information about components work. The line contains the following data:

• For Anti-Banner: data concerning blocked or allowed banners (time, application info, result applied to a banner, full path to an object, block reason).
• For Parental Control/Web Policy Management: data concerning blocked or allowed web resources (web address, time, applied results).
• For Anti-Phishing: data concerning blocked or allowed phishing resources/e-mail addresses (object name, block/allowed reason, time).

• If Kaspersky Small Office Security 2 for Personal Computer is installed:

For requests concerning Anti-Banner or Anti-Phishing work:

1. in the right upper corner of the main application window, click the Reports button
2. in the right lower part of the Reports window, click the Detailed report button
3. in the left part of the Detailed report window, perform one of the following actions:
• to create a request concerning Anti-Banner work, select Anti-Banner
• to create a request concerning Anti-Phishing work, select the required section:
• Web Anti-Virus — for requests concerning allowed/blocked web resources
• Mail Anti-Virus — for requests concerning allowed/blocked e-mail addresses 
4. then, perform the following actions:

• if Kaspersky PURE R2 is installed on your computer:

For requests concerning Anti-Banner or Anti-Phishing work:

1. in the main application window, click on the Computer Protection button
2. in the right upper corner of the window, click the Report button
3. in the right lower part of the Protection status - Kaspersky PURE window, click the Detailed report button
4. in the left part of the Detailed report - Computer Protection window, perform one of the following actions:
• to create a request concerning Anti-Banner work, select Anti-Banner
• to create a request concerning Anti-Phishing work, select the required section:
• Web Anti-Virus — for requests concerning allowed/blocked web resources
• Mail Anti-Virus — for requests concerning allowed/blocked e-mail addresses 
5. then, perform the following actions:

• right-click the required object and select Copy from the context menu that will open

OR

• select the required object and press the key combination Ctrl+C on your keyboard.

For requests concerning Parental Control work:

1. In the main application window, select Parental Control.
2. In the right hand part of the window, select the required account and click on the Detailed Report button.

3. In the left hand part of the Detailed report - Parental Control for user "<user_name>", select Access to websites.
4. Make sure that in the right hand part of the window the required web address is fully displayed.

• if Kaspersky PURE is installed on your computer:

For requests concerning Anti-Banner or Anti-Phishing work:

1. in the main application window, click on the My Computer Protection button
2. in the right upper corner of the window, click the Report button
3. in the right lower part of the Protection state - Kaspersky PURE window, click the Detailed report button
4. in the left part of the Detailed report - My Computer Protection window, perform one of the following actions:
• to create a request concerning Anti-Banner work, select Anti-Banner
• to create a request concerning Anti-Phishing work, select the required section:
• Web Anti-Virus — for requests concerning allowed/blocked web resources
• Mail Anti-Virus — for requests concerning allowed/blocked e-mail addresses 
5. then, perform the following actions:

• right-click the required object and select Copy from the context menu that will open

• select the required object and press the key combination Ctrl+C on your keyboard.

For requests concerning My Parental Control work:

1. In the main application window, select My Parental Control.
2. In the right hand part of the window, select the required account and click on the Detailed Report button.

3. In the left hand part of the Detailed report - My Parental Control for user "<user_name>", select Access to websites.
4. Make sure that in the right hand part of the window the required web address is fully displayed.
