Web Anti-Virus protects your computer against data coming into your computer via the HTTP protocol, and also prevents dangerous scripts from being executed on the computer.
You can create a list of trusted web addresses the content of which will not be scanned by Web Anti-Virus. In order to create a list of trusted web addresses, perform the following actions:
- open the main application window of Kaspersky PURE
- click the My Computer Protection button
- in the right upper corner of the My Computer Protection window click the Settings link
- in the Settings - My Computer Protections window in the Protection section select Web Anti-Virus
- in the Security level section click the Settings button
- in the Web Anti-Virus window in the Scan optimization section check the Do not scan HTTP traffic from trusted addresses box
- to create the list click the Select... button
- in the List of trusted web addresses window click the Add link
- in the Address mask (URL) enter a trusted web address
- click the OK button
- follow the instructions mentioned above and create the list of trusted web addresses, then in the List of trusted web addresses window click the OK button
- click the OK button in the Web Anti-Virus window
- in the Settings - My Computer Protection window click the OK button
- close the My computer Protection window
- close the main application window.
