If a program generated an error…

Sometimes Kaspersky Lab’s application can generate different informational or error messages in its operating process.

In this section you can find detailed description of the reasons why a message was generated and recommendations how to rectify errors in the application work.

For it:

• In Step 1 select your product
  
  
• in Step 2 select the message type to each the message refers. If you are not sure to which type the message may refer, select “ALL”
  
  To decrease the number of found errors, use Filter – for it enter any word from the text of the error message.
