Standard Support services

The list below describes the standard technical support services that Kaspersky Lab provides all customers included in the standard license agreement:
  1. Access to the regularly updated knowledge base on the company website.
  2. Consultations over the phone or via the Internet regarding issues including:
    • errors in the normal product functionality,
    • detection of any vulnerability in the product,
    • any issues concerning the normal product functionality,
    • updating of antivirus, anti-spam databases and network attack signatures,
    • recovery of data/ files caused by malicious activity performed by malware and
    • replacement of a damaged key file.
