The list below describes the standard technical support services that Kaspersky Lab provides all customers included in the standard license agreement:
- Access to the regularly updated knowledge base on the company website.
- Consultations over the phone or via the Internet regarding issues including:
- errors in the normal product functionality,
- detection of any vulnerability in the product,
- any issues concerning the normal product functionality,
- updating of antivirus, anti-spam databases and network
attack signatures,
- recovery of data/ files caused by malicious activity
performed by malware and
- replacement of a damaged key file.
