Kaspersky Security 10 for Mobile Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 3 has been released on March 16, 2016. 

It includes:

  • Kaspersky Security 10 for Mobile Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 3 for Android (version 10.5.113.1532).
  • Administration plug-in for Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Mobile SP1 MR3 (version 10.5.113.1605).
  • Administration plug-in of Kaspersky Mobile Device Management 10 SP1 MR3 (version 10.5.113.1377).

Improvements and fixes

  • The option of remote PIN reset on a mobile device has been added.
  • Support of Android 6 has been implemented.
  • Requirements have been implemented for receiving certificates of conformity issued by FSTEC and FSB.
  • Base support of Android for Work has been implemented for devices running Android 5.0 and later.
  • New application categories have been added to the list of categories of App Control (for Android devices).
  • A new run mode of anti-virus scanning of a device has been added: after a successful update of anti-virus databases.

The following issues have been fixed:

  • System applications are no longer blocked when using App Control on Samsung devices running Android 5.1.1.
  • Recurrent failures in the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android operation on Samsung Galaxy S3 mini have been fixed.
  • A warning reminding that Web Protection has not been configured, is no longer displayed when it is disabled in the policy.
  • Recurrent errors of synchronization with Kaspersky Security Center on some devices running Android 5.0 have been fixed.
  • The issue when the password entry window was still displayed on iOS MDM devices even if the null password has been set in the policy has been fixed.
  • The issue of displaying the warning reminding of an exceeded time limit of synchronization with Kaspersky Security Center when installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android without using Kaspersky Security Centerhas been fixed. 
  • The issue when the "Block all apps from running if no apps required for installation are available" rule of Compliance Control was applied when installing a required app has been fixed.
  • More than 100 issues of various levels have been fixed.
