The Lock and Locate function of the Anti-Theft component can block the mobile device and send the device's geographical coordinates to a requesting device using an SMS message, and to a specified e-mail address.
This function only works with devices with in-built GPS receiver or wireless and mobile networks.
In order to enable the Lock and Locate function, perform the following actions:
A phone number must begin with the "+" symbol and contain numbers only.

To be on the safe side, Kaspersky Lab experts recommend to send an SMS command from the Kaspersky Mobile Security interface.
A paid SMS with a new phone number is sent to the Kaspersky Lab server located in Russia. Cost of the SMS may differ by regions of mobile device location.
Once an SMS command is received on the lost smartphone, the alarm will be enabled on the lost smartphone and the smartphone itself will be blocked. Kaspersky Mobile Security on the lost smartphone will inform that the Alarm function has been enabled. To unlock the smartphone, enter a secret code for Kaspersky Mobile Security.
