Using the Settings... context menu item in Password Manager from Kaspersky Small Office Security 2 for Personal Computer, you can configure the application settings.

In order to open the Password Manager Settings window, perform the following actions:

  1. open the Password Manager context menu by right-clicking the application icon in the taskbar notification area in the right lower corner of the window
  2. select Settings... from the context menu that will open.

The Password Manager Settings window includes the following sections:

  • Ignored web addresses. Here you can add web addresses for which Password Manager will be disabled. You can AddEdit or Delete a web address from the list.

  • Hot keys. Here you can specify hot keys. You can specify hot keys (combinations of three buttons) for the following actions:
    • Lock / unlock Password Manager
    • Enter password

  • Caption Button. Here you can
    • configure the Caption Button location in applications/web browsers
    • enable/disable the Caption Button hiding if Password Manager is locked
    • enable/disable display of Caption Button in different browsers

  • Supported browsers. Here you can find all supported browsers and available extensions in which My Password Manager can be embedded.

In order to embed Password Manager to a browser select the required browser from the Not installed list and then click the Install button.

In order to uninstall Password Manager from a browser, select the required browser from the Installed list and then click the Uninstall button.

  • Manage templates. Here you can create, edit and delete templates for secure memos.

In order to create a new template, click on the Add button. On the Add Secure Memo template window, enter the  required memo in the Name field and type the required text in the field below. Click OK.

In order to change a template, select it and click on the Edit button. On the Edit Secure Memo template window, make the required changes and click OK.

In order to delete a template, select it and click on the Delete button. Confirm the deletion by clicking OK in the open window.
