If you need assistance with this process, you can submit a request to Customer Service to cancel your Auto-Renewal Plan. Customer Service requests are handled in the order in which they are received. You will be sent an email confirming the cancellation when one of our representatives has processed it. Be sure to include your order number when contacting Customer Service.
Please submit a case to Kaspersky Technical Support with both your old and new license information, including the activation codes and order numbers. Our team can then extend your subscription to match the lost time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you reactivated recently and have more time on your license than you expect, this is temporary while we are switching our backend platforms. Your license will return to its correct expiration date.
