• Scan all the incoming, outgoing and routed mail messages accepted by the Domino server. It scans the text of the messages, attached files and embedded OLE objects. • Alerts about possible outbreaks. Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Lotus Domino registers attempts of massive mailing infected, suspicious and damaged objects in emails and informs the administrator(s) hereof.
  
  
• Notifies administrator(s) about objects detected when scanning replicated documents and database documents and actions applied to them.
  
  
• Quarantines infected and suspicious objects. It groups by type (mail, replication, scanning) the saved emails and documents detected when scanning replications/databases.
  
  
• Event log and statistics for detected objects and actions applied to them in a special report (or in a text file).
  
  
• This information is also available in Domino server console.
  
  
• Antivirus database updates from Internet (automatic or manual). The update source is either Kaspersky Lab FTP/HTTP servers, or some other FTP/HTTP servers, or local/network folders.
  
  
• Configurable permissions for Kaspersky Anti-Virus configuration and administration on the level of servers and profiles.
  
  
• Kaspersky Anti-Virus configuration and administration via Lotus Notes client, Domino server console, or a web browser.
