Configuring notifications

How to configure notifications:
  1. Select the console node of a connected server and expand it by double-clicking the name or by clicking the plus.
  2. Select the node Notifications. Here you can configure notifications for the following object types:

    1. Notify about infected objects. Open the section Notify about infected objects to customize this type of notifications.
    2. Notify about corrupted objects. Open the section Notify about corrupted objects to customize this type of notifications.
    3. Notify about protected objects. Open the section Notify about protected objects to customize this type of notifications.
    4. Notify about system errors. Open the section Notify about system errors to customize this type of notifications.

      InformationSender and recipient notifications are unavailable for this object type.


  3. Configure notification settings in the section Notify by e-mail for each object type.
  4. Check the box Administrator, if you want notifications to be sent to administrator's email address.
  5. Check the box Sender, if you want to send notifications to an email addresses of the sender of emails with detected objects.
  6. Check the box Recipient, if you want to send notifications to an email addresses of the recipient of emails with detected objects.
  7. Check the box The following recipients and specify addresses to send notifications to (separate them with a symbol of semicolon).
  8. Check the box Register in Windows Event Log to register events in Microsoft Windows system log.
