Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 for Mac

 

My activation code for Kaspersky Anti-Virus (Mac OS X) has expired prematurely. How can I activate it?

  • To activate an activation code that has expired prematurely, perform the following actions:

    • create a request via the My Kaspersky Account service
    • in the message describe the problem and include the following data: 
      • place where Kaspersky Anti-Virus was purchased
      • customer's info: full name (if the customer is a private person) or the name of the organization (if the product was purchased for the organization)
      • the exact purchase date
      • full registration number of your Kaspersky Anti-Virus license (the number is given in the registration card)
    • attach to the e-mail the prematurely expired activation code

    InformationOnce you have filled in the My Kaspersky Account service, you can choose one of two variants how to attach a file to the form:

    ž  Upload of your files directly from this web-form: you can attach the necessary files to the message using this web-form.

    ž  Upload your files on Kaspersky Lab's FTP server manually: you can attach the necessary files to your message by uploading them on the Kaspersky Lab's FTP server in the folder with the name of your request number.

    InformationPrinted and pirate key files can not be changed
