You can create your own list of objects for the Full Scan task. For example, if you do not want to scan the whole system and all installed programs, you can add your own list of programs, network and logic drives.
If no object is selected in the scan scope, the full scan task cannot be run.
In order to add/edit or delete objects from the scan scope, perform the following actions:
In the upper left corner of the window click the Preferences button.
In the Preferences window go to the Virus Scan tab.
In the left part of the window select Full Scan.
In the right part of the window in the Objects to scan section click the Edit button.
Next perform the following actions:
Add an object to the list:
Click the "+" button and in the context menu select one of the following objects:
File or folder... (in the Open window select an object. To include embedded objects to scan, check the Include subfolder box at the bottom part of the Open window).
All drives
All removable media
All hard drives (are added to the list of scanned objects by default).
All network drives
Quarantine (all quarantined objects will be added to the list of scanned objects)
An object is added to the list.
Delete an object from the list:
Select an object
Click the “-" button.
An object is deleted from the list.
Edit an object on the list:
Select a file or folder on the list.
In the right bottom corner of the window click the Edit button.
In the Open window make the necessary changes and click the Open button.
The object has been changed.
Once the list if created, click the OK button.
Close the Preferences and the main application window
