    The kmlisten.exe utility

The kmlisten.exe utility serves for transferring Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Smartphone from a workstation to a connected mobile device.

As a result of executing the remote installation task, the installation package with the distribution package for Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Smartphone will be delivered to the users' workstations, and kmlisten.exe will be installed and automatically started.

The utility always resides in the memory (kmlisten.exe process) and monitors for the connection of mobile devices to the computer. As soon as the user plugs into the workstation any device that fulfills the system requirements for the installation of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Smartphone, the utility displays on the screen a notification with a prompt to install the application on the connected mobile device. If the user agrees to the installation, the utility transfers the application distribution package to the mobile device.
