If you have forgotten or if you have missed your Master Password to unlock Kaspersky Password Manager, then you will not be able to restore the password. As a result, you will not be able to access the database with your passwords and personal data.
If you missed (forgot) your Master Password, then in order to create a new database, perform the following actions:
remove Kaspersky Password Manager. Do not save parameters
install the application Kaspersky Password Manager
in the dialogue window that will ask you to enter the Master Password from your previous version of Kaspersky Password Manager enter any letters or numbers
in the dialogue window that will inform you that Master Password for this Password Database is incorrect click the Create new Password Database button
in the Kaspersky Password Manager Configuration Wizard enter your new Master Password
follow the instructions of the Configuration Wizard
after you finish the work with the Configuration Wizard, you will need to add your accounts again.
