Read the article if you fail removing the Network agent by standard MS Windows tools (Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs) or in a centralized manner (i.e. via Kaspersky Security Center), either completely or partially.
Do not use this utility unless directly instructed to by Kaspersky Lab technical support.
How to completely uninstall the Network agent:
- download the cleaner_ak.zip archive on the client host;
- extract its contents using WinZip, for example;
- open the command line prompt (Start > Run > type cmd > Press Enter);
- execute the cleaner.exe file (observe the path) with the key: /uc {B9518725-0B76-4793-A409-C6794442FB50}
- Repeat the procedure with the following key: cleaner.exe /pc {ED1C2D7E-5C7A-48D8-A697-57D1C080ABA7}

The cleaner.exe utility supports 32 and 64 bit MS Windows operating systems.
Open the ak_cleaner-YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS.log trace file inside the temp folder to view a detailed report on utility execution.
Temp folder location:
- Windows 2000/XP/2003 - C:\Windows\Temp;
- Windows Vista/7/2008 - C:\Windows\Temp.
