Where in Mac OS X can I find folder CrashReporter with the crash report of Kaspersky Security for Mac?

When resolving the problems connected with the program crash Kaspersky Lab technical support experts may need report of the program failure:

The program crash report may be in the following folders:

  • /Libraries/Logs/DiagnosticReports
  • /Libraries/Logs/CrashReporter 
  • /Users/Username/Library/Logs/CrashReporter

Find the file of the latest report of the following type kav_xxxxxxxxxxx.crash and send it to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support with the request via the My Kaspersky Account service.

In Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) the Library folder is hidden. In order to open the folder, perform the following actions:

1. Open Finder -> Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal.

2. In order to make the folder displayed, in the Terminal window enter the command chflags nohidden ~/Library (if you wish to hidden the folder, enter chflags hidden ~/Library).

3. Press Enter on the keyboard.

Now you can access the Library folder.
