Web Policy Management allows the control of actions of users taken on the computer and on the network. The concept of control provides the option to restrict access to resources and applications as well as view reports of users' activities.

Web Policy Management allows the employer to ensure compliance with the company's rules and regulations regarding the use of the computer and the Internet, and prevent any potential damage that might result from a violation of these rules and regulations.

To ensure lowering risks, the module uses the following features:

• restricting computer usage,
• control running programs,
• controlling Internet usage (restrict Internet usage in time),
• limiting access to web sites depending on their contents,
• limiting downloading files from the Internet ,
• enabling safe search mode,
• controlling instant messaging via instant messengers (ICQ, Miranda, mIRC and etc.),
• social networking ,
• forbidding certain personal data transfer ,
• using certain words and word phrases in instant messaging.

Additionally, in Web Policy Management settings, you can specify a nickname for a user and select a picture for a user, which will be displayed in the application interface.
