Kaspersky Small Office Security 2 for Personal Computer

Method 1: Double-click the Kaspersky icon on the bottom right hand part of the screen

Method 2: If by any reason the Kaspersky icon is not displayed in the Taskbar notification area (in the bottom right hand corner of the screen), you can open the main application window by performing the following actions:

1. In the bottom left hand part of the screen, click the Start button
2. Select All Programs -> Kaspersky Small Office Security -> Kaspersky Small Office Security.

Method 3: Perform the following actions:

1. Find the avp.exe file in the following path:
   • For users of Windows XP (32-bit/64-bit) / Vista (32-bit) / 7 (32 bit): C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Small Office Security.

     

   • For users of Windows Vista/7 (64-bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Small Office Security.

   

2. Double-click the avp.exe file.
3. In the bottom right corner of the screen left-click the icon of Kaspersky Small Office Security.

Once you perform the actions described above, the main application window of Kaspersky Small Office Security 2 for Personal Computer will open.

If the main window of Kaspersky Small Office Security 2 for Personal Computer won’t open, it means the protection does not function or malfunctions. In this case, you recommended to restore the application to its initial state.
