The utility klmover has been designed for reconfiguring Administration Server properties in settings of Network Agent installed on a client computer. The utility can be found in Network Agent installation folder (/opt/kaspersky/klnagent/bin/klmover) on a client computer.
The utility should be run as root on client computers. Otherwise it cannot carry out its functions.
The utility can be used with the following command line options:
-logfile LOGFILE - write all results and error messages into the log file named LOGFILE. By default, normal output is used, i.e. the information is displayed on the screen.
-address SERVER_ADDRESS - new Administration Server address. It may be an IP address, or a NetBIOS or DNS name;
-pn NON_SSL_PORT - Administration Server port used for a non-secure connection (it is an optional switch,14000 is used by default);
-ps SSL_PORT - Administration Server port used for a secure connection (it is an optional switch,13000 is used by default);
-nossl - use non-secure connection to Administration Server. Without this switch, Network Agent connects to Administration Server using secure SSL protocol.
-cert CERTIFICATE - new Administration Server certificate file path. It is an optional switch.
-silent - “silent” mode.
-dupfix – this switch is required if Network Agent has been installed in some custom way (not by installing it from a distribution package), e.g. by restoring from a system image.
For example:
klmover -address admsrv -logfile klmover.log
The utility should be run only once on a problematic host. Running the utility several times on the same host will create host name clones in Kaspersky Administration Kit console.
