3. What will happen when my license for 30 days expires?

When a commercial license expires Kaspersky Mobile Security will continue functioning in its full volume, but it will not be able to download new databases of known threats (anti-virus, etc.). I.e. the application will continue to disinfect infected objects, but with the databases which were downloaded on the last day of your activation code validity. You will be informed about license expiration in 7 days before the expiry date.

4. What will happen if it is not enough money at my mobile phone subscriber's account at the day of making payments?

Kaspersky Mobile Security will try to renew your license every day during a period of 3 days before license expiration. If it is still not enough money on a day before a license expiry date, license will expire. You will be able to renew your license manually later.

5. Will my license for 30 days be saved if I activate a new license for 30 days?

Yes, validity periods of two licenses will be summarized.

6. Will my license for 1 year be saved if I activate a new license for 30 days?

No, if a license for 1 year is activated and you try to activate a new license for 30 days, your current license will be removed. In this case the application informs you about license removing. If you agree, the current license will be replaced by a new license.

8. I performed One-Click buy of Kaspersky Mobile Security for 1 month but after program reinstallation (or reset), the license disappeared. Can I restore the license?

Yes, you can. To restore a license, contact Technical Support via the My Account service. In your request give the date of your one-click buy, the phone number from which one-click buy was performed, and its IMEI (Device ID for Windows Mobile phones).
