In either case you should provide the following data:
the place where you have purchased the Kaspersky Anti-Virus;
the buyer's name:
full name if the buyer is a physical person;
the name of the organization, if the buyer is a legal entity;
the exact purchase date;
the on-line order number (if you have purchased the Kaspersky Anti-Virus in Internet). the on-line order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you after the purchase;
license number; If you have a Kaspersky Anti-Virus installed and activated, but have lost/deleted the key file / activation code, you can find the license number in the installed application.
