Warning Objects can be excluded from script monitoring via the Trusted zone only.

Scenarios how to configure different types of exclusions for a selected task are given below

Excluding specified files or folders

1. In the Anti-Virus Console select an Anti-Virus task to whose settings you would like to add exclusions.

2. In the right part of the Console clear the boxes next to the files/folder which you would like to exclude from scan.

Once the boxes of the child sites are cleared, the boxes of the parent sites turn grey.

3. In order to save the task settings click Save in the Console menu.

Excluding files or folders by the mask

1. In the Anti-Virus Console select an Anti-Virus task to whose settings you would like to add exclusions.

2. in the right part of the Console in the on-demand scan tree select the node to whose settings you would like to add exclusion mask and click Properties.

Examples:

*.exe – all files with the *.exe mask

*.ex? – all files with the *.ex? mask, where instead of the ? mark any symbol can be used.

test – all files named test

Once the exclusion masks are added for child sites, the boxes of the parent sites turn grey.
